First-time resellers must schedule an appointment.
Book through the "Book an Appointment" tab on our website. This first appointment is required — it's how we assess your items and set up your account.
Before your appointment, make sure your items are:
On hangers
In season
No more than 2 years old
At your appointment (10–15 minutes):
We assess your items for potential resale and set up your account.
For the items we choose to buy, we present a cash offer — or a slightly higher amount in store credit, if you prefer.
After your first appointment, it's even easier:
Drop items off anytime during store hours. We'll follow up within 2–3 business days by text or email. No appointment needed after your first visit.

What We Accept
We take authentic designer and contemporary pieces in like-new condition — no more than 2 years old, on hangers, and in-season.
What We Don't Accept
To keep our resale quality high, we don't take menswear, wedding gowns, furs, suits, or sequin, beaded, lace, or mesh gowns — these are too delicate to resell reliably.
